There Will Be Blood

Great movie. It was a little violent in some parts, and maybe a little long...but still, a solid 4 out of 5 stars. I thought the cinematography in this film was amazing. The score was awesome as well. I think the score along with the expansive scenery alone kept me on the edge of my seat. Whenever a new scene flashed into view or the stick-tapping music kicked in you just knew it was building towards something. The plot line was interesting as well and original. You definitely can't predict what will happen next while you're watching. The two main characters, Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano, were amazing as well and I won't be surprised if they receive Oscar nominations.

It was a packed house at the Galaxy Cinema in Guelph, Ontario. We had to split up our party of five when we got inside because there just weren't enough seats.

All in all, a fantastic film. I would pay to go see it again.
